JUNIOR HR SPECIALIST


At the beginning, you will participate in our internal initial training program and after that, you will be given the opportunity to:

- Write and publish job advertisements;
- Interview candidates and evaluate them based on interview questions and different tests/tasks;
- Conduct reference checks;
- Provide feedback to the candidates during the whole recruitment and selection process;
- Maintain documentation and work with an HR system;
- Participate in different career events, job fairs, career days (online and/or onsite);
- Continuously explore new recruiting sources, job boards, and forums;
...and many more interesting and challenging tasks!


Key requirements for the role:

- University degree or a last-year student in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Sociology, Economics, or other relevant specialty;
- Deep interest in the field of Human Resources (HR), especially in talent management;
- Very good command of the English language - both written and spoken;
- Strong communication and presentation skills;
- Self-organised, self-motivated, and positive person.

Advantages:
