System Architect (Fully Remote)

Currently, they are engaged in cutting-edge projects from scratch in Cloud Computing, and AI and are in the process of forming a new team. For this purpose, we are helping them to recruit:


SYSTEM ARCHITECT (FULLY REMOTE)


Main responsibilities:

- In this position, you will communicate architectural decisions and make presentations to technical and non-technical people.
- You will be involved in the deployment and configuration of PaaS solutions and will ensure the integration of PaaS platforms with OpenStack, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and other cloud/HPC services.
- In addition, you will provide equipment specifications, estimate the resources you need, and communicate with some of the vendors in the project.
- Last but not least, watch out for the integration with the existing systems and infrastructure.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of proven professional experience as a System Architect, or IT Infrastructure Architect.
- Expertise in designing and managing large-scale platforms and private cloud environments.
- Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Kubernetes, and the ELK stack.
- Good knowledge of the cloud computing principles (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
- Proficiency in Software-Defined Networking (SDN), especially Open Virtual Network (OVN), CNIs.
- Linux systems administration and scripting (Bash, Python, etc.). SQL and NoSQL databases and good knowledge of ETL and Data Platforms.
- Good knowledge of Data Center network design and technologies, including the OSI model.
- Experience with architectural frameworks and methodologies such as TOGAF and Zachman will be a serious advantage.
- Business trips (open to travel from time to time abroad);
