For their internal IT Department, together with them, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior IT Professional to join the company as a:



HEAD OF IT OPERATIONS



Main duties:

In this position, you will lead and manage the IT department and related projects (software development, infrastructure, and support teams). You will develop and implement IT policies and best practices as well as ensure the stability and performance of the IT systems in the company to support current operations and future growth. Last but not least, the Head of IT Operations collaborates with other departments to align IT initiatives with business goals and inspires team alignment with the company’s overall goals, objectives, and core values.


Essential requirements for the role:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other relevant IT specialty;
- 7+ years of professional experience in IT operations management including experience at a Senior level with a leadership capacity;
- Proven experience in IT projects, services, and software delivery processes as well as in the preparation of IT technical procedures and processes;
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, system and application administration;
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal).
