Their team in Sofia is growing, and together with them, we are looking for an ambitious and motivated professional to join in as an:


HR GENERALIST


In this role, you will be involved in the overall HR onboarding process within the company. As part of the HR team, your responsibilities will include:

* Administrative tasks related to labour contracts and other employment documentation;
* Improvement of the organisation's onboarding processes;
* Employees support activities regarding internal procedures and benefits programs.

Essential requirements:

- 3+ years of professional experience as an HR Specialist, HR Ops, or HR Generalist;
- University degree in “Human Resources Management” or equivalent;
- Deep knowledge of Bulgarian Labour Law and Labour regulations;
- Proactive mindset and excellent communication skills;
- Organizational skills;
- Very good level of spoken and written English (B2 or higher).
