M365 ENGINEER


Your responsibilities will be related to designing and implementing load balancing and high-availability solutions for Microsoft Exchange environments. You will manage and maintain Windows Server environments, ensuring optimal configuration and security compliance. Last but not least, you have to perform regular system updates, patches, security enhancements, troubleshoot email flow, and address security issues in Exchange environments


Expected skills, knowledge, and experience:

- 3+ years of professional experience in Microsoft Exchange Online / Microsoft Exchange Server;
- Exchange PowerShell scripting for automation and administration;
- Profound knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows Server administration (installation, configuration, and troubleshooting);
- Good knowledge of VMware vSphere for managing virtualized environments;
- Very good command of English - both written and spoken;
- Willingness for limited on-call rotations.
